Ingredients

  • 1 package (12-count) slider rolls (Hawaiian or dinner rolls)

  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye, sirloin, or deli roast beef)

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  2. Cook the Filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add onion and bell pepper; cook until tender. Add steak and season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until heated through.

  3. Assemble the Sliders: Slice the rolls in half horizontally (keeping the top and bottom connected). Place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Layer with steak mixture and provolone cheese. Add the top halves of the rolls.

  4. Brush & Bake: Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.

  5. Serve Warm: Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestions

Tips for the Best Sliders

  • Use provolone or white American cheese for classic flavor.

  • If using leftover steak or roast beef, heat gently so it doesn’t dry out.

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of garlic salt over the tops before baking.
