Ingredients
1 package (12-count) slider rolls (Hawaiian or dinner rolls)
1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye, sirloin, or deli roast beef)
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
6 slices provolone cheese (or more, to taste)
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook the Filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add onion and bell pepper; cook until tender. Add steak and season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until heated through.
Assemble the Sliders: Slice the rolls in half horizontally (keeping the top and bottom connected). Place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Layer with steak mixture and provolone cheese. Add the top halves of the rolls.
Brush & Bake: Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
Serve Warm: Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately.
