Ingredients
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
½ cup buffalo sauce
2 tbsp butter, melted
12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or dinner rolls)
6 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
¼ cup Ranch dressing (optional drizzle)
1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing tops)
¼ tsp garlic salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and melted butter. Stir until coated.
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping each set of tops and bottoms connected.
Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
Spoon the buffalo chicken evenly over the rolls and layer with cheese slices.
