Crisp apples, crunchy pecans, and creamy cheese come together in this Apple Pecan Salad — a fresh, colorful side dish that’s perfect for fall gatherings or holiday dinners. Tossed in a sweet maple vinaigrette, it’s cozy, seasonal, and beautiful on the table.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups mixed greens (spring mix or spinach)

  • 2 apples, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Gala)

  • ½ cup candied or toasted pecans

  • ¼ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries (optional)

  • 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced

Maple Dressing:

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.

  2. In a large bowl, combine greens, apples, pecans, cheese, and red onion.

  3. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently before serving.
