Cool, creamy, and loaded with flavor — this Ranch Pasta Salad is a Southern potluck favorite. With tender pasta, crisp veggies, and a tangy ranch dressing, it’s easy to make ahead and perfect for holidays, picnics, or weekday meals.

Ingredients
12 oz rotini or elbow pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup bacon bits or crumbled bacon
½ cup chopped green onion
¾ cup Ranch dressing (homemade or bottled)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, bacon, and green onions.
Stir in Ranch dressing until evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serving Suggestions
A perfect side for Brown Sugar Glazed Ham or Pot Roast.
Great with Southern Biscuits for an easy lunch plate.
