If you love dinners that are simple, cozy, and packed with big flavor — this recipe is for you. Tender shredded chicken slow-cooked in salsa verde, garlic, and spices makes the perfect base for tacos, rice bowls, salads, or meal prep. It’s bright, zesty, and comforting without being heavy. This is one of those recipes you’ll make again and again — toss everything in the slow cooker, then set it and forget it. Great for pairing with Mexican Rice, Southern Garden Salad, or Homemade Cornbread for a complete meal.
